    Description

    The main mission of the Patient Outreach and Engagement Team is:

    • Effectively communicate with patients needing dental treatment or with inquiries about dental care and scheduling appointments.
    • Manage a high volume of calls related to Denti-Cal, Medicaid, and other insurance policies.
    • Navigate systems proficiently to access existing patient information in our dental platforms.
    • Conduct proactive outbound call campaigns and follow-ups for patients with incomplete treatments or missed appointments.
    • Cultivate a professional and positive rapport with peers, customers, and supported dental office staff.
    • Exceed quality, productivity, and reliability standards as an Outbound P.O.E.T member.
    • Adhere to best practices and approved procedures when addressing patient issues.
    • Educate customers on available plans, products, and services.
    • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including various insurance plans and benefits levels.
    • Utilize analysis and sound judgment to resolve customer issues, demonstrating autonomy and decision-making skills.
    • Display a strong work ethic and confidently address objections to enhance performance.
    • Embrace a dynamic and collaborative work environment, supported by accessible and knowledgeable Leadership.
    • Maintain focus and productivity despite potentially repetitive tasks.
    • Act as an integral part of dental offices nationwide, supporting provider scheduling.
    • Be accountable for meeting KPIs related to outbound calls and appointment scheduling.
    • Prior experience with Denticon, Dentrix Enterprise, and/or Tab 32 is highly valued.
    • Availability to work flexible schedules from Monday to Saturday at the Dallas location.
