Customer Service Representative

Superior Floors is looking for a Customer Service/Order Entry Representative to join their team. Responsibilities include managing and organizing account order entries, addressing inquiries or issues, investigating and resolving discrepancies, fostering strong customer relationships, keeping account status and database updated, and engaging with clients via phone, text, and email.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls professionally and courteously
Communicating with clients to receive service orders via phone, fax, or email
Processing installation and repair orders accurately and promptly
Updating orders in the RFMS Order Entry System
Referring service complaints to relevant departments for investigation
Responding to department emails promptly and professionally

Competencies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Proficient in MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills
Great concentration and organizational abilities
Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
Comfortable working in an office environment

Job Requirements:

Passing a background check
HS Diploma/GED
Basic computer skills and familiarity with database/CRM navigation
Availability to work Monday to Friday between 7 am and 7 pm
On-site position

Experience:

Previous customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-Time (15-30 hours per week)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 7 pm (Scheduled in shifts)
