    Business AnalystBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst for an opportunity in OR or AZ

    Position Title:
    Business AnalystLocation: Hillsboro, OR or Chandler, AZ
    Anticipated Start Date: 05/13Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.


    Expected Duration:
    6+ months contract + renewable

    Job Type:
    [FULL TIME (>%3D30 HRS WEEKLY) [CONTRACT], [HYBRID]

    Pay Range:
    $40-$46/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).


    Requirements:
    Should be strong in communication, ability to Iearn and understand our business, good listening skills with ability to restate to check understanding; experienced in writing non-technical processes Word, following existing templates and workflows
    • Visio or equivalent.
    Must be able to properly interpret business requirements into documentation. Must have good Power Point & Presentation skills.

    Ability to own and drive the effort, manage as a project manager or at minimum project coordinator skills highly preferred.

    Global team support with partners in Asia, India and US.

    Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.


    Job Description:
    Document business policies, processes, workflows and some procedures: Interview our global team to understand how the business functions today with special focus on business processes and workflows; Informally document what is gathered; Organize, compile the content; Present it to me and my core team as a reality check; Drive the conversation with the team to solidify each process and workflow, formalize the documentation of each Drive the conversation with the team to identify any gaps between what we will have documented as possible desired future state

Comprehend and map interactions and relationships of complex systems people, processes, information, and technologies. Research and evaluate alternative solutions to satisfy business need. Create system/process improvements through identification and removal of non-value-added activities.
