Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from operational and financial data.
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Conduct indepth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics.

Process Optimization and Planning:

Support capacity planning and forecasting leveraging BI solutions
Evaluate operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process enhancements

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Provide analytical support for crossfunctional projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
35 years of experience as a Business/Finance Analyst or similar role with a focus on operational analysis, resource management, and metrics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cloud based analytical software (Looker, Power BI)
Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $120,000 / annually
