- Lead: Manage school staff, plan schedules, assess performance, and implement improvement strategies. Support the implementation of the provided curriculum, coaching teachers and maintaining communication.
- Promote: Ensure the school complies with company and state standards while building positive relationships in the community.
- Innovate: Foster creativity, boost self-esteem, and guide children in discovering new things each day in a nurturing and secure setting.
- Build: Recruit, select, and retain top-notch staff members.
- Learn: Receive training and guidance from our outstanding leadership team to advance within the company.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably hold a CDA, associate, or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Meet the educational and experiential criteria for a child care director as per state regulations.
- 1-2 years of managerial experience, preferably in early childhood education.
- Must have completed 12 core Early Child Education units with specific Admin and Infant/Toddler units.
- Salary varies based on Position, Education, and Experience. Both Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options available.
- Director in Training: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour.
- Comprehensive Health insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision, FSA) for full-time employees, with limited medical benefits for part-time staff.
