We are THE organic wholesaler for out-of-home catering in the southern German region: With our full range of organic products, we supply restaurants, hotels, cafes, caterers, company canteens, schools, kindergartens, conference centers, and more.

In addition to a daily fresh assortment, we offer a wide range of dry products, beverages, and frozen foods, totaling more than 10,000 products.


With around 40 employees at our locations in Landsham near Munich, Kirchheim near Munich, Möglingen in the greater Stuttgart area, and Überlingen on Lake Constance, we always focus on maximum regionalism, fair partnerships with local producers and processors, as well as animal and environmental protection.


Responsibilities:

  • Management of our frozen and beverage assortment
  • Strategic development of our assortment
  • Supplier management
  • Extensive evaluation and analysis of master data

Qualifications:

  • Profound knowledge of Excel is mandatory
  • Structured, independent way of working
  • High, continuous willingness to perform, teamwork, and flexibility
  • Professional experience, ideally in strategic purchasing, the organic food industry, and gastronomy
  • Ideally, knowledge of trading with organically produced food and its production
