We need you in the Engineering Department as

**Head of Department (m/f/d) for Property Valuation
This is a full-time permanent position.

The classification is based on the provisions of the Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD-V) and is intended for pay group 11, depending on personal qualifications.

Your responsibilities
- responsible management of the Property Valuation department
- preparation of appraisals for undeveloped land, real estate, and buildings
- creation and management of the rent index
- review of pre-emptive rights and certification of documents
- close collaboration with the Office for Economic Development and Real Estate
- participation in committees (including the Valuation Committee for Dorsten, Marl, and Gladbeck)

Your profile
- a completed degree (college/university, diploma/bachelor/master) in Real Estate Management/Valuation or a comparable education in Property Valuation
- excellent knowledge of current laws (e.g. Building Code, Property Valuation Act, Rent Index Reform Act)
- experience with GIS systems

  • Class B driver's license
- experience with standard software
