Position:
Regional Director of Installation Excellence

Location:
Gurley, NE

Job Summary:


As the Regional Director of Installation Excellence, you will lead a team of Installation Excellence Directors who provide project management expertise and support to the Installation Excellence Program in the region.

Your role will involve managing the entire team across the geographical region, while also working closely with the regional program management team to ensure successful program launches.

You will utilize global tools, processes, and methodologies to drive program success and work with your team to identify best practices and recommend policy revisions to align with global and regional strategies.

Additionally, you will collaborate with functional and regional leadership to create a culture of Disciplined Execution and provide coaching and mentoring to your team members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Installation Excellence Directors in bidding for and executing large installation projects in the assigned region
  • Ensure a common and harmonized approach to Installation Excellence Programs in the region
  • Develop methodologies, tools, and best practices for managing installation projects, with a focus on project planning and controlling, commercial project management, project strategies, claims and change order management, and risk and opportunities
  • Monitor adherence to processes and tools through quality gates and business reviews
  • Use KPIs to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct project management training and workshops for the field organization
  • Act as a "sparring partner" for the field organization, providing expert knowledge and support throughout the project life
