Your tasks:


  • Reconciliation and control of all vendor accounts related to goods
  • Examination and preaccounting of incoming invoices
  • Booking, monitoring, and documentation of liabilities in Microsoft Dynamics Navision
  • Preparation of payment proposals and execution of payment runs
  • Examination of incoming payments and processing of cash reconciliations

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in credit accounting, ideally with Microsoft Navision
  • Strong affinity for numbers combined with a structured and analytical way of working
  • Knowledge of German VAT law
  • Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics Navision
