    About the Role

    The Project Manager will oversee all Sales Learning & Development and Salon Development projects tracking from request through delivery, orchestrating various request types and serving all departments within the company. As the main line of contact for eLearning and education, this role requires coordinating with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver eLearning courses, translations, audio/visual content, and shows/events to track and launch on time.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Develop unique timelines for sales eLearning, education, and events projects, from ideation through delivery
    • Build project databases, manage schedules, track progress, make status updates, and alert key stakeholders in real-time
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, project schedules and document project phases and circulation via monthly reports for the monthly team meetings
    • Anticipate assets needed to complete projects and ensure the team has all necessary project assets to begin tasks
    • Allocate resources and team members' workload efficiently across two departments (Sales L&D and Salon Development).
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales instructional designers, creative designers, brand managers, and subject matter experts
    • Attending discovery meetings for sales eLearning courses and curriculum
    • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to improve effectiveness of projects
    • Review all audio/visual/course proofs and give basic feedback based off project request. Route all proofs or review links internally and to stakeholders as needed. Monitor all proof feedback, consolidate, and provide editors/instructional designers with a clear path forward including all assets they need.
    • Work with the Sales Learning & Development Team for new asset creation for sales eLearning needs and manage the process of creation
    • Work with outsourced editors to provide project details as needed, collect content, submit edits and all assets, review for quality control before routing, upload for routing, confirm approval and request final assets
    • Manage a hard drive of all final assets
    • Responsible for quality control, distribution, and storage of all final sales eLearning
    • Responsible for working with Thinkific Admin on monthly updates to the sales eLearning Platform.
    • Develop new and update existing comprehensive project templates and custom forms / requests for sales Learning & Development and Salon Development
    • Review and process all incoming requests for Sales Learning & Development and Salon Development

    Requirements:

    Required Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, training techniques, adult learning principles, and instructional design
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
    • Experience with fostering collaborative relationships with product and marketing teams to deliver sales-ready training content
    • Proficiency in utilizing training technology, eLearning platforms, and other training-related tools (i.e. Canva, etc.)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
    • Works to connect learning curriculum to improved business outcomes
    • Able to communicate and influence across all levels of the organization
    • Strong knowledge of Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere / After Effects, Articulate 360, Review 360,
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including OneDrive, Teams
    • Experience with varied media formats, video compression, and FTP
    • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM systems) and basic file management

    Preferred Skills:

    • Prior experience with Workfront strongly preferred
    • Prior experience with the Thinkific eLearning platform strongly preferred

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred
    • PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar PM accreditation required

    Experience:

    • 2+ years' experience in a Project Management role required
    • 4+ years' experience in a Project Management role strongly preferred

    The expected base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $95,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including geographic location, experience, skills, and education.
