Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Provide walk-up technical support for Walmart Home Office Associates, Contractors and Vendors using Walmart client devices. Provide technical troubleshooting and first contact resolution for Window's or Apple devices to include both hardware and software applications.

Install operating systems, application anddriver updates or patches
Identify hardware failures and facilitaterepairs or replacement
Account issues and access requests

What you'll bring:
Provide exceptional customer service
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
Strong technical support experience with Windows or Apple devices
Familiarity with Service Now Incident creation or similar tools
