Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Manage the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and uptodate employee records
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
- Coordinate employee training programs and professional development opportunities
- Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance on company policies and procedures
- Supervise administrative staff in the HR department
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Utilize HR software systems such as Kronos, Taleo, and ATS to streamline processes
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in human resources administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficient in using HR software systems such as Kronos, Taleo, ATS, and ADP
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to negotiate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization

License/Certification:
- Professional In Human Resources (preferred)
