We are currently seeking an IT Service Desk/Support employee* to strengthen our international IT company in Böblingen (Greater Stuttgart area).

What to expect:
- Responsibility for the internal service desk (contact person for international employees for hardware and software questions)
- Processing of inquiries through ticket system, including documentation of solutions
- Purchasing, inventory and maintenance of IT assets (hardware and software)
- License management (purchasing, allocation, renewal, termination)
- Setup, maintenance and backup of workstations
- Consulting of departments on the use of internal IT systems (e.g. intranet, email, chat and video systems)
- Management of telephone system, conference systems and technical equipment in meeting rooms
- Possibility to work from home 1 day/week
What you bring:
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience with commercial understanding and experience in professional customer service
- Practical knowledge in the administration of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange/Out
