We're looking for a Sales Executiveto join our MINT sales team.
You will sell Tracelink's MINT (Multi Enterprise Information Network Tower) directly to prospects and be responsible for developing new accounts.
With a consultative sales approach, you will manage the entire sales process from initial outreach through to contract negotiations.You will collaborate with marketing to prospect into your territory and work collaboratively with a Solutions Consultant to demonstrate TraceLink's solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with multiple contacts (shop floor to C-Suite) and network into strategic prospects via telephone, email, web and in person meetings to educate and drive them through a value drive sales processDefine new business sales strategies and account plans by working collaboratively with sales team, sales management, and executive managementExecute customer-centric meetings, presentations and product demonstrations both virtually and in person with key decision-makers and influencersDevelop high impact proposals with Solution Consulting partners which articulate TraceLink's differentiated solution, market leadership, and unique value as a partnerManage and support all aspects of the close processBuild and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basisManage and document sales pipeline including forecasts, prospect details, current opportunities and future planned activitiesWork collaboratively with other team members to share information, expertise and market feedbackWork with the A&C leadership to develop and nurture partner relationships to facilitate and foster stronger sales engagements with prospects - allowing scale at paceCurating value engineering exercises in line with the customers 'north star' narrative - articulating TraceLink business value in the customers languageTo facilitate/lay the foundations for 6-digit enterprise ARR transactions
QUALIFICATIONS:
Outstanding verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skillsExperience selling into one of the following areas is highly beneficial: Pharma/Life Sciences, Healthcare, Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain7+ years experience with enterprise solution selling, including iPaaS, Integration Solutions, ERP, WMS, MRP or other related softwareEDI (Electronic Data Interchange) selling experience a mustPrevious sales experience in a SaaS and/or Cloud software environmentSales experience in or in-depth knowledge of enterprise software and servicesAbility to work both independently and as a part of the TraceLink teamDemonstrated understanding of and success in the sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualifying, overcoming objections and closing salesPlease see the Tracelink Privacy Policy for more information on how Tracelink processes your personal information during the recruitment process and, if applicable based on your location, how you can exercise your privacy rights.
