- Support internal and external attorneys in all facets of arbitration and litigation
- Maintain litigation files using electronic case management systems
- Work with insurance carriers on billing and claim notices
- Work with employees in various departments and outside companies to obtain relevant case information
- Review and process vendor invoices using an electronic billing system
- Organize documents and coordinate document productions
- Conduct document searches and factual research
- Draft legal memoranda including litigation holds
- Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings and discovering requests/responses
- Prepare exhibits and hearing binders for arbitrations and trials
- Act as liaison among various internal departments and outside counsel
- Provide administrative support to attorneys including calendar and travel management
- Respond to requests for information
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (spreadsheets, word processing, graphics, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of Legal Tracker is a plus
- Knowledge of Westlaw or similar research tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
- Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
- Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze complex information requests
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Paralegal Certification
- Prior insurance experience
- Experience attending arbitrations and/or trials is a plus

The base annual salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus.
