Paralegal

Must Have Personal Injury Experience

  • Conduct client interviews, assess needs, and manage medical records.
  • Draft legal documents, complaints,
    discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
  • Assist in case preparation for trials, depositions, mediation, and
    filing documents.
  • Maintain communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
  • Conduct legal research and assist in case investigations.
  • Prepare trial materials and ensure legal compliance throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals.

Qualifications:

1.
2+ years of Personal Injury
Paralegal experience.

  • Proficient in legal document drafting, discovery, and research.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with case management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of legal procedures in personal injury cases preferred.

Pay:
$ $37.00 per hour
