The Paralegal will assist attorney(s) by creating organizational and dissolution documents for corporations (including non-profit corporations), LLCs and partnerships, and related documents.


Essential Duties

  • Formation, merger, and dissolution of corporations, nonprofit corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships.
  • Draft governing documents such as bylaws and operating agreements.
  • Prepare annual corporate maintenance.
  • Draft shareholder and Board of Director minutes.
  • Assist with purchase and sale transactions.
  • Create deeds and miscellaneous regulatory filings.

Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or the equivalent.
  • Fouryear college degree or equivalent.
  • ABA approved paralegal certificate.
Location: 5 days onsite until 90-day probation, then Hybrid (Century City).


Salary:
$85k -$95k base plus excellent package on offer including insurance and performance-related bonuses. The base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors.
