Responsibilities/Duties:

Gathering information from potential clients to help Attorneys determine if their case meets the Firm's case criteria.
Management of the beginning stages of the client relationship.
Use of case management software.
Attention to detail in a fastpaced work environment.
Some administrative duties as needed.

Required Skills/ Abilities:

Bilingual: Spanish

Customer service skills.
Attention to detail in a fastpaced and rapidly changing environment.
The ability to conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism.
Some administrative assistant duties as needed.
23 years of Intake experience at a plaintiff law firm

Education and Experience:

High school Degree Required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.

Salary:

$22- $27 an hour depending on experience.
