- Work closely with Sr. Social Media Manager and Social Media Coordinator to grow our influencer/ambassador programs.
- Identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values.
- Handle influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision.
- Find and onboard content creators, influencers, and ambassadors that are a good fit for our brands.
- Engage in community outreach and community management across our online platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Research into social media trends and make considerate recommendations for content creators, influencers, and ambassadors.
- Collaborate with social media team to create trending, fun content for our brands.
- Review analytics and report key metrics.
- Research and track competitor brands online presence.
- Look into products with similar products/functional ingredients as our brands
- Education: Current student or recent graduate of a Bachelors degree program
- Creativity: This is essential as you will be helping to create unique content and generate new ideas for future marketing initiatives
- Analytical: Use data and insights to determine strategies and ways forward
- Communication Skills: You will work with and provide deliverables to many people across the organization, so effective and timely communication is critical
- Teamwork: Strong intra-team leadership qualities and track record of effectively working with others on a team
- Project Management: Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and juggling multiple tasks and priorities at the same time

Job Summary
This internship is an opportunity for someone passionate about marketing to gain valuable hands-on experience with a leader in the Health & Wellness consumer products industry. We are looking for someone passionate about the world of influencer and ambassador marketing within social media. This role will largely focus on helping us expand our existing programs, while working closely with the social media team to develop trending content, engage with our audiences, and more.
