- Helps with all types of paid media, including digital, social and traditional, gaining knowledge in all areas.
- Assists with monitoring campaigns, helping to optimize if needed, in order to meet client KPI's.
- Attends client meetings if needed, including status agendas and follow-up correspondence.
- Helps with reviewing media proposals submitted and in developing POVs as needed.
- Helps generate insertion orders for approved media plans.
- Assists in sending and tracking media authorizations and contracts, including proper documentation of all approvals, signed paperwork and revised documents.
- Helps with development of creative grids with proper media specifications for account and creative teams.
- Depending on client, contributes to reporting, optimization and analysis/ROI of client plans.
- Depending on client needs, helps with competitive market/media analysis for both internal and client teams.
- Reports to and collaborates with Media Strategy Supervisor or as assigned as media support on client business.
- Current undergraduate majoring in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field. Seeking undergraduate with a graduation within one calendar year.
- PST/MST preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Under the guidance of Media Management, this position is responsible for assisting the media team with a variety of internal and client needs. The Media Strategy Intern will interact with the media department and internal integrated team, and clients and media partners as assigned.
