- 2-5 years of experience at a law firm (ideally an AM200 firm).
- Experience handling range of IP litigation, including research, drafting, and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, etc.
- Trial experience is preferred.

We support many firms in the San Francisco Bay area who consistently hire IP Litigation Attorneys and almost always have a couple different opportunities candidates can consider. General Overview :
Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in Intellectual Property Litigation including some of the following subject areas: trade secret, patent, copyright, and other technology-centered commercial disputes. Candidates should have experience independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and organizing, conducting, and managing the discovery practice. A degree or background in computer science or engineering is often preferred, depending on the type of IP. Trial experience is also preferred in more experienced candidates.
