- There is no set billable hour requirement, but a goal of around 1800.
- The firm has offices in Westlake Village and Orange County and they offer a flexible hybrid work schedule. OC is ideal, but open to strong candidates who reside in LA.
- 6+ years of environmental and land use experience (2018 J.D. +)

THE POSITION
Our client, a small full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to support their land use, environmental, CEQA, and real estate practice, acting as the right-hand person to one of the name partners.
The firm represents private developers and public agencies in controversial land use and environmental disputes throughout California, in both the Superior and Appellate Courts.
The firm assists its clients with all types of land use and environmental matters, including CEQA compliance and litigation, entitlement applications, entitlement due diligence in connection with real property acquisitions, planning, and zoning law issues, California Coastal Commission matters, and more.
The firm also has substantial experience in real estate transactions. They represent large institutions and high net worth individuals that have acquired or disposed of interests in shopping centers, hotels, industrial parks, apartment projects, and office buildings. The firm handles all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, financing, and owner structuring.
