    This is your opportunity to get in at the ground floor. We are just launching our agency but will begin with several internal projects and positive cash flow while we scale operations for supporting client services and initiating sales & business development to land new clients form inside and outside our network.

    The parent company that owns Alveda Agency (Swiss based Amitours Group SA) has revenues in the low 8 figures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and expand the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
    • Work hand in hand with our Chief Marketing Officer who is US based.
    • Oversee all operational, financial, and administrative functions.
    • Drive business development, identifying and securing new client relationships.
    • Represent the agency at conferences and industry events, enhancing our brand presence.
    • Land speaking engagements, press opportunities, interviews, podcasts, etc. to drive brand awareness.
    • Regularly produce and publish thought leadership content.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be based in India.
    • Proven experience in a leadership role within a digital marketing agency or consulting firm.
    • Strong public speaking skills and established presence as a thought leader.
    • Willingness to travel for business development and networking.
    • Excellent management, financial, and organizational skills.
    • Based in India with a deep understanding of the local and global digital marketing landscape.
