    Direct Support Provider (3131)


    WHO WE ARE:TCH has been serving the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families in Arizona since 1967. We find creative and innovative way to provide hope and purpose to the unique individuals that we serve. We are all about helping our members advocate for themselves, stay engaged in their communities, and increasing their independence. BEING A DIRECT SUPPORT PROVIDER:We're looking for nurturing, compassionate, responsible people to be caregivers to our supported individuals, both in our Day Program and in our residential Group Homes. You must be at least for driving positions), pass background checks & pre-employment drug screen, and have your high school diploma or its equivalent. Some positions require driving, so a motor vehicle check and an AZ driver's license is also required.

    Shifts Available:
    • Group Homes (FT/PT):
      • Afternoon/Evening Shifts: Sat-Sun 9a-9p, Mon 3p-9p, Tue-Fri 3p-11p
      • Overnights: Sat-Mon 9p-9a or Tue-Fri 11p-9a

    TCH conducts Open Interviews every Monday thru Friday at our Tempe Headquarters (215 W. Lodge Drive, Tempe, from 9am-2pm.

    TCH is a smoke & tobacco-free workplace.
