    HR GENERALIST
    Location:     Trussville, AL
    Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

    Join our client's dynamic team at an industrial equipment supplier in Trussville, AL They specialize in providing top-quality equipment and services to clients across various industries. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks. position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in HR and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
    • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
    • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
    • Assist with organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Prior HR internship or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
