HERE YOU WILL WORK:

For our client, one of Germany's largest independent laboratory suppliers and service providers, we are looking for a personnel officer to strengthen the HR team.

The company reliably meets the high demand for laboratory equipment, materials, chemicals and services. It develops integrative solutions for everyday laboratory life in research, science, industry and education. Customers particularly appreciate the professional and needs-oriented partnership.

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:

You advise managers and employees on personnelrelated as well as labor, tax and social security law issues and also handle communication with authorities, offices and/or health insurance companies
In addition, you support in payroll accounting by carrying out preparatory and followup tasks
You are responsible for contract and applicant management, create employment contracts, references and labor law documents and are involved in the recruiting process
Furthermore, you organize the departmental rotation of commercial apprentices, act as a contact person for the vocational school and chamber of commerce, and are responsible for the administration of HR and eLearning tools
