    Human Resources Generalist

    Location: Birmingham, AL

    Key Responsibilities as a Human Resources Generalist:

    • Support various HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, retention, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and staff development
    • Implement HR plans, assist in policy development, and uphold the employee handbook
    • Lead recruitment activities, conduct orientations, and oversee career progression programs
    • Supervise employee performance assessments
    • Maintain the HR Information System and ensure compliance with employment regulations

    Requirements for Human Resources Generalists:

    • Associate's degree and 1-2 years of HR experience (OR)
    • Minimum of 5 years in HR, preferably in the healthcare sector
    • Familiarity with labor laws, HR best practices, and home care regulations is advantageous
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in organization and computer software
