    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Process Assessment and Enhancement:
    Analyze existing organizational processes.

    Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.

    Collaborate with management team to develop strategies to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and implement quality control.


    Collaboration and Communication:
    Work closely with resources outside of the department (such as IT, finance, and HR).

    Facilitate communication to align process improvements with goals.

    Influence employees to adopt best practices.


    Data-Driven Decision Making:


    Utilize data and metrics (coming from Sagitta, Power BI, renewal marketing list, etc.) to help the division leaders make informed decisions.

    Work with the division leads to establish appropriate KPI's and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process effectiveness.

    Continuously evaluate and adapt strategies based on results.


    Change Management:
    Lead change initiatives helping by communicating the rationale behind process improvements.

    Address resistance and ensure smooth transitions.

    Foster a culture of continuous improvement.


    Technology Integration:
    Explore automation tools, software, and digital solutions (such as

    Wordsensa, Broker Buddha, CSR24 ).

    Implement technology to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

    Collaborate with IT to integrate systems seamlessly.


    Training and Development:
    Train employees on revised processes.

    Provide resources and guidance to ensure successful adoption.

    Empower teams to embrace efficiency-enhancing practices.


    Risk Mitigation:
    Identify potential risks associated with process changes.

    Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies.

    Balance efficiency gains with compliance and quality standards.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

    Proven experience in process improvement, change management, or organizational effectiveness.

    Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

    Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities
