Description

The In Business Credit Risk professional is a senior level position responsible for overseeing and managing the Credit Risk of the Spread Products - Financing lending portfolio.

Responsibilities will include reviewing and understanding risk reports, escalating potential issues, developing enhanced views of risk across the portfolio and managing capital of the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Assume significant levels of responsibility for the various phases of project and transaction execution, new business development and overall growth of the firm
Work closely with management on financing transactions and portfolio management
Work with clients, seniorlevel team members and outside professional advisors on special situation transactions
Responsible for drafting situation analyses, pitch materials, limit increase requests and capital increase requests

Qualifications:

610 years of experience
Experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically within Banking and/or Markets
Degree in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration
Comprehensive knowledge of the banking business and its related products, pertinent regulations and lending and credit approval processes
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Experience with large corporate clients, capital markets products, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade, finance and securities products
Series 7 and 63 preferred

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
