- Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of related work experience
- Proven history in business development or sales role, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and new business acquisition.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and other sales management software, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
