Job Description:

Customer Service Specialist I (OS&D Coordinator)

Monday

  • Friday
8:00am

  • 4:30pm

Duties to include, but not limited to:

  • Processing and filing vendor and carrier claims for received goods.
  • Working directly with vendors and carriers for return of goods.
  • Processing account receivables
  • Processing orders and claims associated with Emery Jensen.
  • Answer retailer phone calls and online inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Research retailer claims.
  • Process credits through the SAP system, ensuring accuracy of store details as well as specific adjustment information.
  • Request cycles counts and product verification for overage/shortage claims.
  • Maintain appropriate retailer claims records.
  • Process stock checks and will calls. Verify information in system and assist in order processing.
  • Work closely with Inventory and Traffic departments regarding all retailer orders, claims, adjustments, etc.
  • Work closely with the Ace Care Center regarding follow up to any retailer concerns.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Job requirements include:

  • Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 12 years previous customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to perform in a fastpaced work environment.
