Job Description:

Customer Service Specialist I (OS&D Coordinator)

Monday

Friday

8:00am

4:30pm

Duties to include, but not limited to:

Processing and filing vendor and carrier claims for received goods.
Working directly with vendors and carriers for return of goods.
Processing account receivables
Processing orders and claims associated with Emery Jensen.
Answer retailer phone calls and online inquiries in a professional manner.
Research retailer claims.
Process credits through the SAP system, ensuring accuracy of store details as well as specific adjustment information.
Request cycles counts and product verification for overage/shortage claims.
Maintain appropriate retailer claims records.
Process stock checks and will calls. Verify information in system and assist in order processing.
Work closely with Inventory and Traffic departments regarding all retailer orders, claims, adjustments, etc.
Work closely with the Ace Care Center regarding follow up to any retailer concerns.
Other administrative duties as assigned.

Job requirements include:

Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum 12 years previous customer service experience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to perform in a fastpaced work environment.
