Shift Timings:8am - 5pm(M-F)


Hybrid work - Tues-Thurs in office / M & F at home

  • Specifically, experience in managing chargebacks and rebates.

Top 3 must have skills:


  • Strong verbal and writing skills,
  • Ability to reconcile and resolve disputes/chargebacks
  • Ability to collect from people at all levels of an organization
  • The collection specialist is responsible for collecting from a core group of Integra customers via multiple communication tools.
  • In addition, they will need to make order hold/release decisions and be comfortable speaking with various levels of an organization, including our sales team.
  • Reconciliation skills and knowledge of chargebacks/disputes are also key skills.
  • Includes working in Oracle and a system collection system to maximize cash flow.
  • We have a situation where we have severe delinquencies and need someone who can drive results.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour


Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Princeton, NJ required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Princeton, NJ 08540: Relocate before starting work (required)
