    We are currently seeking a

    Relationship Manager

    based in

    Japan to join our Liquidity & Margin Services team.

    The Key Responsibilities of The Role Are:
    Develops the strategic plan for managing and growing existing client relationships.

    Oversees assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, swift response to client needs, efficient problem resolution, supporting internal stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation.

    Acts as day-to-day point of contact for the client.
    Identifies opportunities to evolve client business for incremental account growth

    Serves in a consultative role to the client, advising client management on the best way to achieve short and long term goals.

    Manages overall relationship profitability of clients with varying levels of complexity
    Promotes firm services/product offerings that solve client tasks and achieve account growth
    Continually evaluates client needs and ensures sustained client engagement
    Develops, tracks and reports on relationship strategy/results for assigned client portfolio.
    Contributes to the development of team metrics, dashboards and roadmaps.
    Ensures client onboarding and risk management activities are conducted effectively.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
    3+ work experience. Financial Services experience is preferred, with a particular client type or product, as is prior experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management
