- Identify potential projects and explore the needs of clients
- Manage the design and proposal process to ensure the needs of the client are met
- Understand how the client will use the system, priorities of different functions, and the budget of the client
- Perform lunch and learn, or similar type of engaging presentations, to educate others on ZIO, the industry, or our solutions
- Stay aware of progress to help ensure that the client is fully satisfied
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, related field, or proven experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional environment
- Experience in relationship management, customer service, or similar roles is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

As a
Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be working in the Winter Park office, focusing on turning solid lead opportunities into closed, successful deals while managing the design and proposal process to ensure that the wants and needs of the clients are met.
You don't have to already be an expert in lighting, audio, video and controls systems - they can help to get you up to speed - but general experience selling systems to corporate clients and/or experience selling to large companies is needed.
