    Role Overview:
    Universal Consulting Services (UCS) a subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Management Analyst.

    The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Digital Engineering Department.

    He/She will support the financial branch with daily operations.


    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize department financial metric tools to identify areas of budget shortfall and excess and perform variance analysis
    • Process labor and non-labor transfers
    • Assist with data input into the procurement request tool as well as financial review of procurement requests
    • Assist program analysts with tasking and work assignments including NWA overruns
    • Validate financial accounting commitments & obligations and assist with financial transactions. reconciliation
    • Maintain and update logs and spreadsheets
    • Coordinate deliverable status inputs to respond to D Department Business Operation data calls and action items
    • Assist department analysts and managers with the planning, tracking, and execution of their budgets
    • Utilize all D-Department financial tools for budget planning and execution
    • Business based data calls and projects
    The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications: * Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite * Advanced MS Excel to include ability to create macros

    • Working knowledge of PowerBI
    • Strong communication skills - written and verbal,
    • Motivated self-starter

    The projected compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $68,000 (Annually USD).

    The estimated compensation represents the standard salary range for a position of this kind, reflecting just one factor of the comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package offered to Tria employees.
