    Do you have a passion for creating beautiful landscapes and a knack for building strong relationships?

    As a Senior Landscape Account Manager, you will be the lead client advocate, responsible for the overall satisfaction and success of your assigned portfolio.

    You'll leverage your industry expertise and relationship-building skills to develop long-term partnerships, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage a portfolio of existing clients, fostering strong relationships and exceeding expectations.

    Develop and implement strategic account plans to retain and grow business with existing clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional services.

    Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, crew) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
    Proactively identify and address client concerns, working collaboratively to find solutions.
    Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring cost-effective and timely completion.
    Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality of service and adherence to specifications.
    Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to secure new clients.
    Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
    Generate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts.
    Mentor and coach junior account managers.

    Qualifications:
    Minimum 5+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, design, or a related field.
    Proven track record of success in client relationship management and business development.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    Strong understanding of landscape maintenance principles and best practices.
    Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
    Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Valid driver's license.
