- Guide the sales operations support team in processing Sales Orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain up-to-date CRM data to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze data to generate insightful reports supporting strategic decision-making by the sales leadership team.
- Manage price books, communicate pricing updates to customers, and support contract negotiations.
- Evaluate inventory levels and demand forecasts to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving disputes as needed.
- Develop and maintain training materials for the sales operations team and distributor/sales representative manuals.
- Maintain and report on Key Performance Indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales operations support team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record in sales operations or related roles, with a strong grasp of sales methodologies and CRM/ERP platforms.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office Suite required.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, effectively managing team performance.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
