Sales Operations Manager

About the Opportunity: Join us as a Sales Operations Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our sales operations. Working closely with the Sales Operations Director, you'll oversee a team dedicated to ensuring the seamless execution of key sales processes. We're seeking an individual with top-notch organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail to thrive in this position.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales operations support team in accurately processing Sales Orders and maintaining updated CRM data for precision.
• Analyze data to produce valuable reports that aid the sales leadership team in strategic decision-making.
• Oversee price book management, communicate pricing updates to clients, and assist in contract negotiations.
• Assess inventory levels and demand forecasts to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving any disputes as necessary.
• Create and update training resources for the sales operations team and distributor/sales representative guides.
• Track and report Key Performance Indicators to steer ongoing enhancements.
• Offer guidance and supervision to the sales operations support team through training, coaching, and performance evaluation.

Requirements:

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical background.
• Demonstrated experience in sales operations or similar roles, with a solid understanding of sales methodologies and CRM/ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite is a must.
• Prior involvement in a leadership or supervisory capacity, effectively overseeing team performance.
• Excellent project management and collaboration abilities.
