Job Title: Warehouse Manual Roller - Temporary Construction Flooring

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Manual Roller to join our warehouse team dedicated to producing temporary construction flooring materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual labor, particularly in warehouse or manufacturing environments, and possess the physical stamina necessary for this role. The Manual Roller will be responsible for rolling out and ensuring the quality of temporary flooring materials as part of our production process.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate manual rolling equipment to flatten and smooth out temporary construction flooring materials.
2. Follow production schedules and instructions to efficiently roll out flooring materials according to specifications.
3. Inspect rolled materials for defects, wrinkles, or other imperfections, and make adjustments as needed to meet quality standards.
4. Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to coordinate rolling activities and maintain workflow efficiency.
5. Assist with the packaging and labeling of rolled flooring materials for shipping and distribution.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
7. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to report progress, issues, or concerns.
8. Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities as required.

Mon-Fri, 7am - 3:30pm $15/hour
