    About the Role

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about building and growing teams.

    This person will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's success by spearheading our talent acquisition efforts in a rapidly growing environment. They will have a passion for identifying top talent, a strong understanding of the recruiting process, and excellent communication and organizational skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our company's growth, collaborating closely with hiring managers and executives to build high-performing teams across various functions.

    Leveraging their expertise in digital media and publisher recruiting and experience working in agile environments to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives. They will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, navigating the challenges of scaling our team while maintaining a high standard of quality and candidate experience.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to our hyper-growth environment.
    • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a variety of roles, from entry-level to executive positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
    • Work with senior leadership to identify and attract top talent.
    • Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates, referrals, networking events, and social media.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on best practices for sourcing and selection.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with stakeholders to review hiring progress, adjust strategies as needed, and provide updates on candidate pipelines.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness in attracting top talent.
    • Streamline and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and scalability while maintaining high standards of quality.
    Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
    • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a hyper-growth environment.
    • Proven experience recruiting for media-related roles is a strong plus.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in relation to media and digital industries.
    • Certification in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.
    • Proven experience recruiting for media-related roles is a strong plus.
