- As a production support, patient support to our customer support teams
- Create and manage production incidents in collaboration with support and onboarding teams escalate issues based on customer impact
- Work closely with product and engineering to resolve customer issues
- Participate in critical incident response calls and servers and escalation point for customer support cases new line carefully evaluate alternate risks and solutions before taking action to provide timely resolution
- Follow up on root cause analysis to identify the underlying problems and device strategic solutions
- Developing and maintaining long lasting collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Actively respond to service request from client facing support teams, operations, risk control partners, etc
- Plan, incident management and technical call facilitation and communications during critical outage situations
