    Description

    This position will be accountable for application delivery and technical support for multiple systems including, Hyland OnBase Document Management and Workflow solutions. The position is responsible for meeting the business objectives through analysis of needs, detailed design, enhancement, optimization maintenance of business process automation, and business user support tools. This position will also be responsible for understanding system integration needs and options and will need to work with other business teams to maintain existing systems and implement new integration processes. This role will continue to streamline processes that lower overall costs and provide key business information mostly achieved by system enhancements and RPA's.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    · Administration and Management of OnBase system, including Development, UAT and Production environments.

    · Configuration of OnBase Keywords, Documents, Unity, Scan Queues, Document Import Processor, Workflows, and WorkView.

    · Support user community responding to emails and resolving system issues in a timely manner.

    · Monitor performance of software, database health and production schedule. Perform typical system administration activities on the applications.

    · Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities.

    · Ensure security among data management and associated processes, including system access audits.

    · Read and understand release notes on supported systems for timing and impact of system upgrades.

    · Function as a liaison between the business units, IT department, vendor, and/or the user community.

    · Collaborate with our users to assess business processes and identify opportunities for process automation that increase efficiencies, reduce cost, and reduce operational risk either through system enhancements or RPA's.

    · Responsible for being the liaison between IT and Accounts Payable to provide project updates, answer questions and coordinate required testing and deployment activities.

    · Perform other related duties as assigned.

    · Continuously learning about new and innovative ways to improves our systems, processes, and controls.

    Education and Experience Profile

    · Bachelor's degree in accounting or information systems

    · A minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounting or IS

    · OnBase system experience preferred.

    · VIM system experience preferred.

    · SAP and/or QAD system experience preferred.

    Required Skills

    · Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

    · Strong analytical skills including system requirements analysis.

    · Strong customer service aptitude and ability to interact & service advanced as well as inexperienced users.

    · Ability to interpret and apply understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions.

    · Knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, procedures, and techniques.

    · Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

    · Proven ability to analyze complex process errors, identify and implement root cause corrections.

    · Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.

    · Good judgment and decision-making capability.

    · Demonstrated experience in driving and managing change within an organization and multiple shifting priorities desired.

    · Strong computer literacy, to include MS Office Suite but the ability to pick up new systems quickly.

    · Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

    Work Environment:

    Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

    Pay Range: $50,847-$74,576

    This "base salary range" is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location. ASSA ABLOY conducts regular review of compensation ranges and therefore reserves the right to alter this range at any given time.
