    Description

    Huston Signs/ YESCO-Account Executive Inside Sales

    Huston Signs, a Division of Huston Electric, is a full-service sign shop serving customers throughout Indiana since 1939 and is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive that would report to our Westfield, IN location. This individual must possess a strong work ethic, communication skills, and at least 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in Signs. We are offering ($15-$18 per hour + a commission plan), based on experience and a very good benefit package which includes 128 hours of PTO, paid company holidays, 401 (K) match, pension, medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage for a full-time employee. This position will report daily to our Westfield office and hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an hour lunch.

    General Requirements

    • Previous sales experience-Preferably in Signage and Graphics.
    • Excellent at customer service both in-person and over the phone.
    • MS Office computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • General skills: sales presentations and demos, cold calling, problem solving, management of a sales pipeline and proven track record of obtaining personal referrals. Organization of pending and sold projects, emails, and renderings along with good time management is required.
    • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
    • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
