    Description

    UN Promotional Solutions, Inc., a Branding and Promotional Solutions company since 2019 is seeking in the Indianapolis area a Senior Sales Account Executive to expand our growing sales force. This individual must possess extensive sales experience. A motivated team player will be required to offer clients a variety of Branding and Promotional solutions among other services to develop new opportunities and sales growth. We will provide a technical team for all necessary support. This position offers competitive commission-based relative to experience. Benefits include expense reimbursement, insurance allowance, paid holidays and vacation. This position requires that the potential candidate is currently producing work for medium to large B2B accounts and has a book of business.

    UNPS is a WBE with State and National certifications.

    Responsibilities

    This is a full-time Senior Sales Account Executive role at UN Promotional Solutions. As a Senior Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and meet sales targets. This is a hybrid role based in Carmel, IN, with flexibility for some remote work.

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar role
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to understand and articulate client needs
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently
