    Sr. Performance Marketing Manager

    Job Description

    We are searching for a proactive Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. Your role will focus on maximizing the efficacy of our marketing campaigns through the strategic application of automation tools.

    Working hand-in-hand with our marketing technology (martech) team, you will develop and refine our lead management processes, enhancing the overall lead journey.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Liaise with the martech team to ensure marketing automation tools are tailored to support our strategic goals.
    • Contribute to the nlead models and segmentation to facilitate personalized marketing campaigns.
    • Translate marketing goals into technical requirements for martech enhancements and data management practices.
    • Oversee the integration of automation tools with other marketing systems to ensure a unified approach to the customer experience.
    • Stay abreast of the latest trends in marketing automation, advocating for new technologies that can drive efficiency and effectiveness.
