- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Transportation/Sales
- Specialized knowledge in vans, flatbeds, containers, LTL, heavy haul, or warehousing
- Experience in managing and training sales personnel
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Successful track record in sales, particularly in cold calling
- Demonstrated growth in business and acquisition of new accounts
- Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree (relevant experience will be considered)
- Responsibilities
- Establish sales team targets and ensure accountability
- Cultivate and manage customer relationships, guiding team members in expanding the customer base
- Act as both a mentor and a sales contributor by bringing in new business and coaching representatives
