As the OEM Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing revenue-generating strategies and identifying new revenue streams to help drive the growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
Develop revenue-driving strategies and identify new revenue streams Establish productive relationships with key personnel in strategic accounts Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities Liaise with Sales, Engineering, and Operations departments to ensure that client and corporate expectations are met Attend networking events and shows to drive new prospects while maintaining a high level of professionalism Provide timely and effective solutions that align with clients needs Negotiate and close profitable agreements with target customers/states Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and monitor progress Ensure compliance with all company policies when carrying out job duties Develop and expand assigned accountsRequirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field 5 years experience in outside business-to-business sales Experience with truck OEMs in traditional or advanced clean transportation industry Experience selling to executives and mid-level managers Track record and ability to close large/complex sales Strong understanding of contract development and negotiations Ability to evaluate opportunities, prioritize, and close deals in a results-oriented way Proven experience in influencing and leading Excellent presentation skills, public speaking experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledgeable in the trucking industry at all tier levels Proficient in MS Office Suite, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or equivalent Ability to work and communicate with both functional staff and executives Creative, proactive, and autonomous Willing to travel domestically and internationally (50%)In return for your hard work, we offer a supportive and family-oriented company culture, excellent employee retention rates, and value family time.
