- Calculate the net asset value of Collective and Unitized funds daily, and Common funds weekly and at month-end.
- Process complex operational functions such as trading, class action processing, and reconciliation.
- Monitor and process outgoing domestic and international wires, ensuring accuracy.
- Verify accruals, transaction activity, and pricing on assets for accuracy.
- Coordinate with broker/dealer to ensure accuracy and execution of trades.
- Monitor equity and bond trading, reviewing trade confirmations for accuracy.
- Resolve trade discrepancies with Trust Investments and outside investment managers.
- Assist directed account customers with trading, inquiries, and special requests.
- Establish new securities on the Trust accounting system for timely settlement.
- Monitor and process domestic and international wires, ensuring accuracy.
- Balance account transactions for accounts not custodian (held-away).
- Obtain and verify broker statements and confirms for accurate holdings.
- File class action suits and process settlement payments on behalf of clients.
- Perform reallocation of funds received or distributed from Lifestage Collective Funds.
- Provide oversight on daily pricing and fee calculations.
- Monitor and update security prices monthly from third parties.
- Manage securities lending process for institutional clients.
- Monitor and reconcile positions for lending purposes.
- Transfer securities at depositories as requested by Treasury Operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Trust, Investments, finance, or accounting.
- Trust or financial background preferred.
- Cash handling, balancing drawers, and giving change experience preferred.
