- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application enhancements
- Conduct regular evaluations to ensure applications align with business goals and industry standards
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Leverage Bard's technology stack to build new applications
- Perform detailed system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or work experience equivalent
- Experience in higher education preferred
- Experience with:
- Ellucian Banner products
- Ellucian Experience, Insights Reporting, Data Connect, Ethos
- Knowledge of Banner API's
- RDBMS Oracle, Postgres
- SQL, PS/SQL
- Evisions Argos, Forms Fusion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office or Google equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This salary range reflects the College's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for the position at the time of the job posting.
