As the responsible language support specialist at our daycare center, you will coordinate the integrated language education and targeted language support measures within the framework of the Kita-Plus program at Bard College.

Your work will include approximately 10 hours per week for preparation, documentation, and further education related to language support.

*Your responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for the Kita-Plus program: organization and implementation of language support measures, collaboration with the headquarters, documentation, further education, and participation in network meetings
  • Management of one of our daycare groups
  • Careful progress documentation, parent meetings, group service
  • Participation in creating work schedules
  • Supervision of trainees and interns at the location
*Your qualifications:
  • Completed training as an educator (m/f/d)
  • Native-level German proficiency
  • Enthusiasm and enjoyment of new challenges
  • Loving and open approach to children
  • Knowledge of the Kita-Plus language program is an advantage
  • Proof of sufficient immunity to measles
